CONTRIBUTING: fix stale IAMROOT_EXPLOIT_OK → SKELETONKEY_EXPLOIT_OK
Two references missed during the IAMROOT → SKELETONKEY rename in v0.4.0. The enum value in core/module.h is SKELETONKEY_EXPLOIT_OK.
